At TruComfort Massage Chairs, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable massage chairs designed for long-term comfort and performance. Every product is carefully tested and backed by a 1-year limited warranty to give you confidence in your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All TruComfort Massage Chairs products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty includes:

  • Mechanical components and structural frame
  • Electrical systems and control panels
  • Massage functions, motors, and internal mechanisms
  • Heating and air compression systems (if applicable)

Our goal is to ensure your massage chair performs as intended throughout your ownership experience.

What’s Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect
  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial use unless explicitly approved
  • External damage caused by accidents, spills, power surges, or environmental factors

Proof of Purchase & Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered.

Defective Products & Returns
